Default Running Rough!

Hey, wondering if any1 can help, I've got a S2 which is standard apart from chip. I've recently re-built engine and fitted new turbo and radiator. When starting it will wind and wind and eventually offer a few times and then after about 2 mins will finally start( and yeah I've tried disconnecting cold start). When started I've to keep revs up til warm or will cut out. Seems awful misfirey and when driving it just splutters. It runs to hot aswell(just below red). Im not convinced my coolant is bled?? Also the oil pressure light came on a few times, but only when accelerating. Can the fuelling effect the temp the car runs at?? I was thinking fuel pump relay or fuel ecu?????Also the exhaust downpipe flange is not sealing very well at turbo. Any help wud be appreciated. Cheers Gav.

Timing could be out,oil pressureswitch could be fooked, thermostat could be fooked and fan switch/fan.

Yeah , could be oil press switch. New thermostat fitted and fan switch ok. I was thinking more air locks in coolant system. Wasn't sure the best way of bleeding them?
