it is a great profile! just its kent an thats why its cheap! cus it wont last long out of the box! if its that cheap go for it..you might get a rare good'un! other wise stick with piper of newman!

People are not running them in, that would be the reason for most of the problem I believe. No tickover at start up, revs not below 2500rpm for 20 minutes. And the the grease which is included is very important to use. RTFM...

Kent cam and new followers fitted correctly and following the running in procedure, I wonder if there are many probs ?
Mine's been fine, although I was surprised when I read in the instructions about running it for 20 minutes at 2000 rpm !

I followed every instruction and my kent cam was ruined in less
than 3000 miles.
