S2 CUTS OUT THEN BACKFIRES
 

CAR IS CHIPPED ITS GOT PACE INT, DV, MONGOOSE EXH
WHEN IT COMES ON BOOST IT CUTS OUT THEN BACKFIRES SINCE ITS BEEN DOING THIS WHEN I SWITCH THE CAR OFF IT WONT START AGAIN ONLY IF I JUMP START IT ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APRECIATED!!!!!!! :wall:

It sound like its over boosting as thats what mine done before it went bang :cry:
Are you sure it is chiped and what boost is it running?????not to sure on why wont start does it turn over

ITS GOT A TURBOSYSTEMS CHIP IT WONT START COS THE BATTERY IS FLAT AS SOON I SWITCH OFF DONT UNDERSTAND IT M8

Alternator or battery f#*ked then!!!mine was chiped but would only let me run 15psi it must be a stg 1 chip.i turned boost up and it boosted cut out then bang blew my engine too :wall: :wall: just see if anyone else have any ideas :top:

Have u checked your alternator????? Mine went bang everything cut out then it jump started???

I had a similar problem, is it putting any kind of smoke out the back, mine was a fucked ecu. Replaced it and was ok :top:

it is def the alternator id say m8 had the same on the way back from pompey on the motorway!!

Mine went bang down the m6 @ night . . . . . was driving with no light then it gave out a few loud bangs and died :cry: :cry: :cry: Lucky I was by a service station :(

mine was @ nite to we ended up doin bout 8 miles in the slow lane no lights or anythin till eventuarly she gave up!! good old fords!! :top:

well mine started playing up today!...was on way home down a12 racing a reni 19 16v..(which i whooped!)

and pulled over into my juntcion put foot on clutch then went to pull off and felt like i hit a wall then bang!...out the xzorst!....

might have been due to the extreme lack of fuel and my fuel gauge not working right!.... :cry: :cry: :cry: hasnt done it since i filled up!

i have the exact same problem

the car dies like it hits a wall, then wont start unless jumped, the battery gets very flat. tried the ecu its getting power and all that stuff, im going to try a fuel ecu next.
