Default Puma/KA gear linkage

Right ive been away from RS Turbos for sometime and find myself with another one, now with it with being an old car it has a few issues to work through.
One issue the car suffers with is a very sloppy gear change which makes changing from fifth to fourth as issue sometimes as it goes into second instead of fourth.
I've heard it mention that a gear linkage from either a Puma or KA would be worth fitting, anybody recommend this?
What model car is the linkage from that will fit the RST?
Cheers Rob.

I fit mine recently but not yet driven it - it’s simply connect the box end, pole up through the existing tunnel and redrill holes then bolt up.

You can fit the puma or Ka gear linkage but you either have to cut and sleeve the rods for it to bolt up to original holes or drill som more holes for it to mount .. failing that just buy a rally designs quick shift kit they work just as good if not better .

Fitted the puma one in my track car years ago ,really good cheap conversion and gives it a nice tight slightly shorter throw
