Default Fitting a RS2000 MTX75 into an LHD S2 RS Turbo

I'm in the middle of fitting an RS2000 MTX75 gearbox into my LHD S2 RS Turbo with a silvertop 2.0 Zetec engine. So far I have disassembled the original BC gearbox and gear linkage. I have bolted the MTX to the engine and jacked everything up roughly where the engine and gearbox should be. I have faced a few challenges whilst figuring out what needs to be done to fit the gearbox in the car:

1) As the car is LHD there is less room between the steering rack and the gearbox. Actually there is no room at all. I would need 1-2cm more space to fit the gearbox correctly. Does the steering rack have to be moved?

2) The MTX is equipped with a rod selector (not cable like most of the later MTX models). The "gear selector axle" is sticking out from the back of the gearbox and it's really close to the firewall making it almost impossible to connect the gear linkage. I've realized that the original bottom beam (under the original BC gearbox) can't be used in this case. Does the bottom of the car have to be cut to make more room for the gear linkage? In this case I would loose the original bottom beam mounting points. I would really like to use these for the new gearbox mount.

3) Photos of an similar setup would help a lot (also RHD setups). Especially the back a and front mounts. Anyone?

The images are not showing, for me at least?

I too would be very interested to see if anyone would have a picture of how the rear mount and rod change sit in a mk3/mk4 body.
