engine dont wanna start
Well is a little long story after fiting a 5 th injector to get more fuel with with the MFI i had some trouble the 5th injector was always fuelling result that my engine was full with fuel in the intercooler in the oil sump..... engine was running like shit happen all in the same day ( i didn t drove for long with all that fuel everywhere)
the engine stalls and i couldn t start it anymore again
so i changed the oil took all the fuel out from intercooler...... but still don t wana start anymore....
i notice that my fuel pump relay only works when i try to idle the car ( it don t anymore work for 2-3 seconde when i put contact with the key like it did before)
i got spark on the 4 sparkplugs ..... only notice that 2 off them still more wet then the 2 others.
i tryed to changed the silver ECU still the same
there is only a small sign of life when i try to start the engine...
( i think that when the engine was full with fuel it makes a bad contact on one off them sensor thermo switch or coolent sensor )

well I took the 5th injector away is standard mfi again
I do not have a compression tool but the piston are Woesener forget ones with new piston rings everything new one the car fuel pump.. dizzy cap...
i only hope when the car was overfuelet with that 5th injector issue that the fuel didn't hurts the piston rings
but the car looks have good compression you hear a big difference with spark plugs fit on and without.....
i gonna check all my sensor OHM.....
and checking the fuel amount of my 4 injector holding the flap down...

one question ? normaly when you turn the key to full contact i should have 12v on the black plug for the Auxilairy air Bypass under the manifold ? because i don t have this 12v
and i saw on the escort rs turbo Wiring diagramm that on the socket where the pink fuel pump relay comes that on clam 87 goes to the fuel pump and to the auxilairy air

because i always remember that my fuel pump was priming when i putted full contacted and now not anymore but the fuel pump runs on when i try to idle.....

And I forgot when I do a bridge on the relay socket to make the fuel pump run it looks like she is turning very free like if there will be no fuel in the tank but there is enough fuel in it
once I took of the black box on the fuel metering wich make the pressure and there the fuel spit outs with pressure when I loose the srew

Hy guys i just found out that i got not fuel comming out from the meetering unit to the 4 fuel pipes wich goes to the injector
i cross bridge the fuel pump relay pucht the flap down but no fuel .( the fuel pump is running like normal fast but it hear like there is no hard pressure agains it.
i got fuel from the fuel filter to the meetering unit and the 5th injector got some fuel
i took the head off the meetering unit and the big plunger looks like going up and down free
(but here are some video on YouTube with the plunger that if you puch him its like a spring who puch him back again mine not it s mouve only with the gravity ...
