Series one brake set up on a series 2 please help
Hi guys, random but on putting my car back together Iv noticed it must of had the s1 set up fitted. The abs has been removed and rear bias set up. It has the front bias valve bolted to the inner wing like the s1..
I'm not bothered about the abs and have been told the rear bias set up won't work properly if it's been lowered.
Will this be ok to use like this as I want to get braided hoses and I'll just order the s1 set up kit..
Thanks in advance

Surely it doesn't have s1 front calipers?
As they are xr3i sized on the s1 and very underpowered.
S2 discs are 260mm iirc,s1 and s2 drums are the same size I think.
Best setup without going for rear discs are 4x4 cosworth front discs and pads and escort mk4 van rear drums as they are huge.
I think you will be ok with the s1/2 brake flexis, they are prob the same anyway but if you're not certain measure your flexis and ask the seller the length of the flex is you want yo buy.

s2 have 9 inch rear drums as apposed to the 7inch on a s1 and to be fair a s1 drives so much better you dont really notice the diff in braking power between the 2 lol
