Thinking of chucking a fifth injector on my Rs turbo just to get over the 200 Mark as I'm on a new stage 2 turbo technics hybrid...

Where can I buy the kits from to do this please need as much info and help as I can .

Many thanks Mat.

Hard to get now but they do pop up. Your best option is a ERL MF2 system and use a brands 3 bar map. That way it can be 3d mapped for your car so it is controlled by boost threshold and then rev ranges. I have one on mine works very very well and takes any pressure off your metering unit trying to pressure the fuel where you need it 👍

A company called brands hatch performance think they have a shop on ebay. They are all tested before shipping as alot of the older cosworth ones are expencive and a risk untested. Ideal if you can also get an injector mount from a vauxhall i have a pic of it with the part number its the one i use but they are getting hard to find now also. I use a green injector and your fuel feed is from the cold start pipe just use an adaptor. Its a mess but you get the idea. Also angle the injector hence using that bracket

Ive been no help of all to Mat I was just trying to offer you advice as I built the loom for that 5th injector and had the boss welded to the crossover pipe which I then had blasted and powder coated ...I advised the guy I sold it to NOT to use the crossover pipe as I believe it was contaminated with blast media and it fucked my engine up but each to there own.

I got it local to me and i welded the charge pipe and cleaned it ready for a rs500 cooler. The fuel hose is spot on..... i feel happy we are all clear on the history of this pipe and where it is now. Loom is tidy tho bud.
