Default will a cossie t3 turbo fit on my s2?

as above, seen a stage 2 on ebay taken from a cossie, wondering if they fit straight on?

yes but will need a cossie down pipe modified to fit your exhuast

no, you'll need a cossie down pipe to fit tothat, you can pick them up cheap, then you'll need the down pipe cut and welded to fit your exhaust, not the erst's old elbow, you bin that

ive got a 4x4 turbo for mine its got a .48 housing from a saab and std erst elbow fitted so u must be able to do same to that if not buy turbo and this

The saab housing is differnt to the cossie one, and fits straight on

so i could fit a cossie turbo with a saab .48 housing and mounting it to my erst downpipe,

or has anyone used those companys what recondition turbos, with the 48hrs exchange, my turbo is a hybrid and suites my requirements as it spins up fast.

just ran pts, gonna recondition mine for 300, pick up tues have it back thursday, not bad really cheaper than buying a new one 600 quid!

The elbow doesnt fit, but surely you can just fit the completes ERST exhaust housing to the Cossie T3's, as the wheel is the same size.

I didn't want to do that though, because the ERST housing is terrible and known to have a major problem with cracks around the wastegate. So I developed an adaptor pics of which are in the forum somewhere. This way you get the advantage of the better flowing Cossie exhaust housing, and especially the much better wastegate design.

Other option is, as said, to mod the downpipe.

So, about the Saab stuff - is it basically the same as a ERST housing, but bigger?
Or it is like a Cossie exhaust housing, with the wastegate integrated in the design, which the ERST elbow just happens to bolt up to?
