i install it in a standard ECU i did the correct wires connection like on the picture an instructon that i became with ....

then i was thinking the ecu was dead because it was long stored in a garage put the chip again out (put again the middle pin togheter like standard ) try it and nothing again

well then i try on a ecu with a turbosystem chip already inside but limited at 18psi i called devloppement motorsport two ask if i can have to chip in one ecu they answer me YES

So to be clear...
It's the same with a standard ECU, it's the same with the Turbo Systems ECU and it's the same when you try with the MSD 'chip'.... So it will not run at all now?

If so then it sounds like a coincidental problem, maybe with the distributor (hall sensor) or the green wire that triggers the coil.

no i think if i reput a standard ecu the cars will running i was this
at FIRST:

took a old stored ecu put the chip in installed it the engin runs 10 second and then cut of no anymore firing
i was thinking the ecu is dead because longtime stored in a garage

then installed an other ecu in the car the car runs ok this ecu is good so i installed the chip inside and i did the same like 10 secondes running and cut off no firing

like if the chip burns my 2 ecu????

well i gonna ship the ecu to the devlopement ....

Ok I understand, it does sound then like either there is something wrong with the chip or the way you are installing it.
