hi go to apracing web site go to road car up grades has a how to guide for mk5 pedal conversion (wont b much difference to fitting a mk6 proberley!!!) would highley recomend getting new plastic gromits when u fit pedal and get a alloy quadrent or you be spending many hours upside down replacing snapped quadrents ap have a link for alloy quads ! P.s take the drivers seat out much easier to work on the pedal and as for threading the bar through while holding the pedal quadrent all at the same time while upside down i used a rizla packet folded in half pushed through the hole to hold the pedal in position so i could line it all up then push the bar through knocking out the packet as it went without dropping the pedal, quadrent and plastic gromits back on the floor goodluck and book a appointment with your local phyiso for treatment for a bad neck !
