Hi folks, I need a new petrol tank for my 89 (on G) series 2 RS turbo Escort but I'm no sure which is the correct fit? Someone told me to lift the back seats and remove a rubber gromit to see but I canna get it out!!!

It's like a seive, fuel peeing out all over the shop!

If the old tank is that bad just drop it from the car and then you can see what type yours is

any mk4 injection/turbo tank will fit, its the fuel sender that is in 2 different sizes!unless you take it off, you wont know!
