Judging by the size of the inlet it sure looks like a 45 trim T3
certainly not a 55 or 60 trim.

The exhaust housing will have .36 or .48 stamped on it, as for the compressor size you cant really tell from the outside as the housing is machined inside to fit a bigger wheel.

a Stage 3 t3, .48/55 or .48/60 would get you 260bhp, i think you need a T34 for 300bhp tho?

To work out your trim Measure your compressor wheel ( inducer and exducer) Like here http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/wheel_trim

With your measurements work out the size:-

45 trim
Inducer = 40.48 Exducer = 60.10

50 Trim
inducer = 42.49 Exducer = 60.07

60 trim
Inducer = 46.48 Exducer = 60.10
