Default My Series 2

Hi guys,

Pretty new to the forum and i have had my turbo since last november but it has been off the road most of the time getting things done that were needed lol.

I swapped it for my 106 gti after wanting one since i was 18. I knew the risks of getting a turbo but wasnt bothered since its not my daily drive

Things i have had done so far are:

new fusebox panel
Fully serviced
Bit of welding above chassis leg in boot
Underside fully stripped and undersealed and all is solid
wiring loom stripped out and repaired (new loom was put in at some point but bodged )

Things for the future are:

Standard front bumper to cover the cooler
re spray It has been sprayed but aint the greatest job
Set of RS 7 spokes
Full engine rebuild and go for 200bhp mark

Here are some piccies

Hello mate.
Looks tidy enough and bright enough. Someone's spent some money and time on that before you by the looks of it. Some good bits there, GRS cooler by the looks of it and plenty of bling.

Good luck with your plans for it.

Yeah mate needs a spray. As said it has been sprayed but not to the greatest standards.

Some flaws on the roof and bonnet that really bug me.

People that know me know how fussy i am lol.

I agree with you there Conor! Im considering putting mine back on standard wheels in black but not sure they will fit with the front brakes. Standard wheels look awesome!

Looks very tidy mate, right about the front bumper though!

Just out of interest, what suspension has it got?
