wat head gasket is best for 1900 tall block and head bolts are other parts the same as a 1600 block ?

same as 1600 block - if you are using the cvh head.
The bore size on the standard Ford gasket is 83mm. The bore on a 1900 is 82mm.
The standard head gasket will work fine, as will the standard head bolts - use new head bolts! These are stretch type bolts, and are not re useable.

The 1600 is 80mm bore (std) X 79.5mm stroke
The 1900 is 82mm bore (std) X 88.0mm stroke
The 1900 block is 4.22mm taller.
