Default Pics of replacing rear arches please.

My rear arches are shot!
Just brought the inner and outer pannels just want a few pics of how people have gone about cutting them out. Got a mate doing all the welding but i want to do alot of it my self so any pics of tips would be great

when i did my o/s i went right up to where the 1/4 is flat,there was 1 tiny hole at the end of the kit but this was where i was told to cut and weld to,by the time i got to the other side i had learned a lot and had a better welder so i just cut the arch about halfway up the bit where the kit covers it.far tidier and easier to prep for painting.the inner arches are a shit job to do,you get grinding sparks and weld on the top of your nut,its awkward to get in and a bit of a fanny to do.look in the resto section,beefy has a thread about a rusty s2 and theres loads of detailed pics.

put in the minimum amount possible. i only put it all in because someone had already put a arch in and done a shite job. less you put in the less work.
