Stage 1 Turbo's usually just have 360deg thrust bearings so wont actualy flow any more than a stock turbo, you want at least a Stage 2 (or any T3 with a larger comrpessor wheel).

as above mate dont bother with stage 1 just get a stage 2 .... or even stage3

ive got a stage 3 t3 for an escort rst that will be a direct replacement for yours and comes with everything.....
manifold
elbow
actuator and bracket
oil return ect

this turbo was a brand new unit and not a rebuilt one if you ask anyone on here my car hadnt seen tarmac for 10yrs untill i took for a mot and its the only miles the turbo has done (10 miles lol) it was brought from cr turbos at great expense in march 2010 and im looking for Ł400 for the whole lot and then you could sell your turbo for Ł150 so it would only cost you Ł250 realy..... and its the best spec t3 rst turbo you can get ... only selling because ive got t34 now

or send your turbo off it will only be a Ł300/400 to be rebuilt to stage 2 spec

its already fitted with one mate so no need to change as i said this is a full bolt on kit and will easyly do 250/260bhp with the right engine....

but if your still on mfi expect 215/220bhp before you run out of fuel..... but it will pull very hard give me a call on 07833022472 and i will sort out getting the turbo to you

i dont realy want to drop price as its already stupid cheap the turbo alone is nearly Ł700 worth and as i said only done 10 bloody miles

post code rg12 7qb
