How do i no if a ecu is chipped found a old 1 in the garage.

take the back of it and take a look inside it.

Yeah took the back of but duno what the hell what am looking at the what do i need to look for.

Look at the chip itself, if its a remapped chip it usually has a label on the top of the calibration I.E T3448803 in this case would be a stage 3 Cosworth chip for a T34 turbo with a .48 exhuast housing and 803 injectors, others simply have stage 1,3 etc written on them.
