I've had my wilwood MC for nearly two years now. It even survived several months of a helix clutch as well

Cheers Karlos, i will be using a Helix so its good to know Chopshop's has stood up to some abuse, how often do you get get to use your car and what sort of mileage have you put on it though i wonder Chopshop....?

I use the car a few times a week, all year round.
Since the hydraulic conversion its done about 8-10,000 miles.

What engine/gearbox and power is your escort?

Following Karlos's Zetec Turbo thread, just want to be sure what ancillaries i'm going to be purchasing so i don't experience pain in the arse problems later on, i'm not after loads of power, just a quick spooling reliable set up using the bottom end of a donor ST170 lump.Failing that, i might just make do with a throttle bodied cammed Rs1800 lump i already have that's has a worked head.
I will be using an IB5 box with LSD.

Hi all, looking to do this conversion on a fiesta rs turbo, still cvh with a bc box. Anything changed on how to do this since the original post?
any experiences of doing this with the engine and gearbox in?

What SC should be used, it appears everyone is using a different one.

Is it a easy job?
