Default Car leaning out on boost? Rich on Idle? Fuel Surging

Need some help with my car if it's ever going to get to Ford Fair!

Basically the car is running rich at Idle AFR 9.5-10 and leaning out dangerously on boost 17-18-off the scale.

I origionally thought it was the TPS reading backwards due to the Cosworth managment conversion. So Quicks reversed the wires but it made NO difference.

They then disconnected the TPS completely and it made no difference. Ran exactly the same.

I phoned them today and they were talking about testing the Pin outs on the ECU and something but maybe the problem is something alot simpler like a fooked TPS?

It's also got fuel surge which I guess isn't helping matters.

Any ideas what it is?

Is the map sensor pipe connected?

If it wasnt it would give exactly those symptons, as it would think it was at 0psi when it was at vacuum at idle so would overfuel and when it came on boost it would still think it was at 0psi.

Stu- The chip is fine. Sent it down to Jano and he tested it on his own car.

Chip- Yes the MAP sensor is all connected properly. When they removed the vaccum the car cut out totally.

I've also replaced the water temp sensor as my old one snapped when I removed it.

Cars at Quick Motorsport. They do all Phil Collins cars and have a very good reputation and know Cosworths inside out. Gunna have a word with them Monday and if its not sorted I'll just have to bite the bullet and throw it on a trailor and take it to Jano.
