sorry no pics but a s1 double capacity intercooler looks the same from the front as the std one just its twice the depth of the std one where a s2 one is twice the width

yes a fiesta one is a similar shape as a s2 one so will not fit the s1 this is due to the rad/front panel on a s2 has room for the pace intercooler to partialy cover the front of the rad, on a s1 u cannot do this due to the closeness of the front panels edges around the rad
you will need a s1 pace intercooler (only really good for 15psi) or a full width s1 intercooler from the likes of grs, radtec, pace or if ur on a real tight budget then airtec
also a s2 intercoolers pipes come out the side of the intercooler where the s1 intercoolers pipes come out the rear so ur current boost hoses woulnt be able to connect to ur pace intercooler
