Default help s2 running troubles

right my mate has got a s2 rst the head gasket went a few weeks ago so we changed the head gasket on the way home it got really hot so we stopped checked the oil and water they were both creamy again so we got the head skimmed and did another head gasket flushing the oil and water out both times it ran ok for about a day after that now its misfiring cutting out when pulling up a traffic lights and it idles all over the place we've checked everything is done up tight and checked all plugs are clean and connected does
anyone know what it could be as we're getting a bit bored of taking the head off now

they should all read the same when you compression test it.. otherwise it could have done anything, as above, they should be re-timmed with a white laze gun..
