head bolts tourque setting and oil

wot is the tourque setting for rst head bolts?

also wot oil shuid i use in the engine, was guna use mobil 1 but usure wot eight to use

Head bolts are 25lb/ft then 50 the two lots of 90degrees mate

Mobil1 is good oil
