Question time for forged??

what sort of power do you guys and gals reckon standard botom ends can cope with??is it worth digging deep and going forged rods/pistons?

From 220-250bhp it's the rods that go first mate, although ARP rod bolts will help a bit as it's often a bolt that lets go before the rod itself.

i ran 260bhp for years on stock rods and pistons, and they were the only parts left that were holding it back from making more so its upto you but i wished id put steel rods and pistons in mine from the start.
