Default Dynosheets.. Advices?

Hello,

I managed to setup Megasquirt project. But I think I got less power which I hope. I need your advices.

Car Specification..
Stock engine and turbo (inlet +2 mm)
11 psi.
Decent intercooler.
Custom exhaust. 60 mm..
60 in 65 out silencer.
Megasquirt Management.
Calibra Turbo injectors at 4 bar.
Edis System.

I have 15' degrees as advance at idle. Before spooling, advance is 30'. and at boost 18-20' advance. What do you think about them?

Stock engine and turbo should see approx 155bhp @ 11psi if it is low mileage.

130hp is on the low side, I have to admit it, but the boost is really low too. If you are sure that the engine is ok, compression good and equal, cam not too worn and the turbo balanced and performing as it should, it's time to experiment. I hope you know what is the sound of detonation/pinking? Try advancing the ignition on boost after the boost has peaked (over 4500rpm) and also retarding the cam might be a good try. Do you have a wideband lambda to trim the fuelling? Is the 11psi the pressure where it peaks at 4000rpm or the pressure that is held?

Remember that in the end, it's not really the management that makes the power, but the engine. Sure if it's really of, you will loose, but no fine-tuning isn't going to make miracles.
Also to warn, my maps were never made with 11psi in mind. I usually ran the car with about 24psi and made around 250hp with pretty much a standard engine. Only used a GRS front mount and a step larger T3. I never mapped the lower boost areas to make best power, but to make good spool up.

12.5-13 is a bit lean, IIRC needs to be around 11.8'ish.
