Default mk3/4 track control arms!

im confused, i always thought mk3 and 4 track control arms were the same.
been looking on ebay and some say they are and some not and some say they dont fit certain cc's.
are they different?????????

mk3 had bushes on the inside, but the later mk4 ones fit staight on.

surely mk4 ones are better then as they are kinda rose jointed and the mk3's are bushed so have more play

mine are polybushed so not a problem!
but im sure on here someone said the mk3s are better?

aint it the mk4 that are better due to that rose jointed type inner

there was a discussion about this a while ago, someone said ok there like a rose joint,but they wear really quickly so makes them pretty useless, i might be wrong!

they do wear quicker but then my car has only done 4000 miles in 6 years so not really an issue with me lol.
hey carl have you got a mk4 engine mount?

when i had wide wheels i dropped the clutch at a set of lights and ripped a gearbox mount in half.
then had to drive 100 miles back with it twisting around in the bay!.
obviously didnt do it any good lol.
but i just got a new one for £25 delivered so im ok cheers mate
