a massive improvement on the usual attempts to fit gauges in that area of the dash, looks awesome, good work that man!

what type of paint is used to get the factory finish? it doesnt look as rough as the crinkle black stuff u sometimes see, but looks a lot better than the finish u get with the boggo vinyl paint crap

Yeah i didnt fancy cutting holes in the back of the dash like some have done but still wanted the gauges in that area, that pocket is almost useless as anything you put in there falls out as you drive, so I thought an ideal place for a TWINS construction!

iv never seen an ebay spec gauge holder thats an exact fit for that particular section of the dash tho?

a boggo standard item wud have gaps all round it, then look pup, this 1 fills the gap completely, and looks good for it. im sure dave would love to have built a fully belnded in creation, but for that he would need to build it into a complete dash, make it irreversable, and then try and get a colour match for the grey section he wud blend into...

Thanks for all your comments!
It is indeed a perfect fit for the top pocket, flush at the back, flush all round the base and level with the dash! looks 1000x better than any 'Stuck on' ebay item!!
I wanted it so that i could remove it if i wanted/needed to and only be left with a neatly drilled hole underneath that the wires/hoses went through that could be bunged and not look like i'd taken a hatchet to my dash!!

Thanks again Dave!
