It shouldn't really make much difference unless you've hacked the system to supply way over 200bhp worth of fuel...
Thats how it was set by my local tuner on his RR, at TOTD when we ran 17psi the afr was initialy 10.0:1 which as you say is way too rich! This is exactly why i didnt go back to my local tuner and went TOTD instead!
This thread has got too big i'll start a fresh one with regards my current boosting problem!
