Default rear wheel bearings

can anyone tell me wear i can get new rear hub nuts for my escort as one keeps coming loose and wont stay tight which leaves alot of play in the bearing and now im onh my second bearing kit in a week as it come loose and smashed the new bearing to pieces

surely with the nut cover on and the split pin in place the nut should't be able to move

its a mk cabby with normal size 195 50 15 wheels on so i dont know what is causing it so i think it nmay be the nut ???

there should be a cap that goes over the nut with a split pin that goes through it to stop it coming loose
