16v complete zetec engine to S2 rst
Hi!
I have couple of questions:
Is there cheaper way to get intake & exhaust manifold adapters than 220£ posted from http://www.ferriday.co.uk ( EFI Intake manifold & RST S2 exhaust manifold)
What engine would be best for my use, zetec from mondeo, focus or escort? I think 1.8i-16v would be easieast to mot here in Finland.
How about head gasket.. what type?
Can i use standard s2 diff gearbox with standard size rst clutch ( i think i will buy ap-racing)

mk1 mondeo 2.0l zetec with escort sump, water pump and oil pump.
cvh modified engine mount.
escort flywheel, rst clutch and gearbox.

but 2.0l is best for cheap power.
why not fit an escort gti inlet manifold as in my siggy pic?
it fits with no mods and there is plenty of room to change the injectors for direct feed items.
the efi intake is harder to fit big injectors in i believe.
a metal head gasket, probably focus rs item.
i dont think std pistons will take much psi if skimmed.
maybe two metal head gaskets and a decomp plate along with arp head bolts will work better but still not cheap.
you really need vauxhaull pistons and a rebore.
