Default What pistons and rods to use.

As i am rebuilding my engine i now have the choise to buy other rods and pistons. But wich ones are the best? Going for 250HP. Thanks

standards are on there limit at this power....

Farndon H section rods maybe?

Yeah i know what they have but i was hoping for some american stuff. Bit cheaper for me Does anyone used JE pistons?

JE Pistons are very good quality and they make them to your own spec....as for rods you can get cheaper ones than the farndon ones now, newish company that advertises in Fast Ford called PEC do em for £450.
