1 of my m8s sent me this link but im a little confused to why my reg plate is on there screen with a price

i thought if a plate was sold and registerd on a car the wouldnt be able to

the cars log book has the private plate on it and the car is sorn at moment

also when i try the dvla website it says the plate is not availible obv cause its on mine its def a strange 1

how would i find out if the plate was on retention i have a recipt for the plate from the dvla for the plate and it dont say anything on it
