Yellow connector where does it go???
in the process of wiring up my turob lump in my mk5 and ive got a spare plug
yellow connector plug with brown and green/brown wires. haynes manual says its a temperature sensor but where does it connect

No, I know what that is thats the temperature guage reader. That is a little black plug you push onto the head.
I think you are referring to a big connector, rather like the ones on the back of the inlet manifold (behind it) I am not sure where it should go without looking at mine....

thats where the black one goes.
green - right of plenum
blue - cold start valve
brown - aux air valve
black - back of inlet (knock sensor??)
yellow - temperature sensor, but where does it connect
help much appreciated peeps

It goes on the yellow engine temp sensor, it is located on the under side of the inlet manifold.

N, Its located just to the left of the centre of the of the manifold, almost in line with the aux air device. Look at the photo in my last post.
Don’t take to much notice of the injectors, it is a S2 inlet manifold.
