The RST uses the (better) Hall effect input to the ECU, where as a IAW ECU needs a VR input. The hybrid dizzy is a VR sensor mated to the mechanical part of a RST dizzy so it mates to the head.

It's a daft way of doing it, you're better having a VR reading the cam pulley.

Not really, as the Gotech can take Hall and VR inputs, Hall generally more stable, and much less suceptable to inteference.

However, using the dizzy as a timing reference is not really a good idea, as it's prone to jitter. With gotech, if u dont want to fit a cam sensor, then run a CPS and go bank fire or semi sequential.
