Right,

As I'm there I'm going to poly bush the front end of my car.

Burton offer a front anti roll bar bush for the S2, but they have 2 diferent sizes, 16mm and 24mm. Do I need 2 of each or do I need to see what size ones I need?

If its a turbo arb then 24mm.

16m is either for the S2 back or then it's the S1 fronts.

24mm. You don't need the other ones.

I'm not sure but those 16mm. could be for the S1 because that has a complete different setup at front.

Anyone know how many polypushes are required to do the front. I'm a bit confused now, as far as I can think there's :

2 x ARB front
2 x ARB to lower arm
2 x TCA to hub
Steering rack mounts

I may have the names wrong but are there any more?

2x ARB to front crossmember
2x ARB to TCA
2x steering rack

TCA to hub is a ball joint and TCA to chassis rail a metal joint.

There's nothing better than the Escort Cosworth front top mounts for the RST. Quite cheap too and black, so it doesn't look stupid in the engine bay.

I've had the TCA to ARB ones and ARB mounting ones delivered now, just waiting on the Steering rack mounting ones and I can begin putting it all back together!
