toad,the best and no troubles,either,
ive used ,spyball, sigma,sparkrite,laser, to name a few,yet the toad system i have now is the best,
look on ebay,toad alarms fitted at your place for under 250.

As above or Laserline , never had any problems with either. Its down to how well the units installed as with any alarm.
I can only give you a price on a laserline 291 which is a cat 1 (alarm/immobiliser), £275inc VAT fitted. All doors, tailgate and bonnet protected, ultrasonics, flashing indicators, immobiliser (2 circuits) and remote central locking. Thats if your drivers door already has a central locking solenoid otherwise your looking at another £5-10 part + labour for fitting.

My toad has boggo ultrasonics in a CABRIOLET and has never once false alarmed

i had a clifford and it was shit went off all hours of the day and night, ive now had two toad alarms and both have been the would recomend them to anyone.
would recomend them to anyone.

Toad Ive had a few cliffords and friends have had them and 90% of them have fucked up and it aint down to they way they was installed as they've ALL been put in by pro's/shops so i cant see everyone of them getting it wrong when installing a clifford alarm

I don't think so. I have always had a Clifford on the RS. It came with a Concept 300, then when it was given a new lease of life I had the top of the range Clifford alarm fitted with lots of add ons and it has never given me a problem in 2 years.
People think Cliffords are shit but if they play up it most likely that the install is shit rather than the product. I will always have a Clifford on my cars purley because of the amount of add ons you can have.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
I had a Clifford concept 500 I think it was on my RS2k with the microwave and dual proximity sensors etc, and had no problems with it, just the odd false alarm due to cats etc in the proximity.
It actually saved the car once in Birmingham, was staying at the missus sisters house and some pikeys tried to get in thru the back window, they got the corner of the seal out and then it chirped twice and they legged it.
Saying that Chris off here who has it now has had a few probs with it going off all the time outside his house. Also I had to replace the brain on my mates concept 500 cos it died and left his car not working, and the siren never worked anyway.
I have a Toad AI606 on my RST and can't fault it, not given me a false alarm yet! Only thing I'd like to know is how to wire it in to the leccy windows, for some reason it wasn't wired up when fitted!

that got me a quote of an extra 45 notes,for total closure,its also an add on extra to the toad you named,there a re similar add ons as the clifford too.at a price for each fitted. even retro-fitting is possible.

controlled by the alarm. Once activated, the internal volume sensors are disabled until 10 seconds after the

armed or disarmed and the ignition off.
Important Safety Note:
Where outputs may be used to control window closure or total closure, it is important to consider any
potential safety hazard to the vehicle's occupants - particularly young children. These outputs are not
designed to control automatic closure systems without incorporation of the appropriate safety
features!

ive got clifford to ive never had they problems mines got the 650 concept in it with the proximity sensor helps keep twats away when the car starts bleeping

I've got a sigma and think its a great system, i have had toad before and i'd have one over clifford for reliability
I agree with above though you need to make sure the installer does a good job, as any alarm will be rubbish if not fitted correctly
