help rubbing, knocking noise coming from front of my rs?

hi peeps just wondering if anybody had any ideas wot it could be?

i know it isnt engine noise or gearbox, but it sounds like something is catching. its coming from the suspension or driveshafts or something around that area, the trouble is its like it all the time and it gets faster the quicker u go(sounds very similar to the noise a wheel bearing makes when its loose!,but they have all been checked so i know it aint them.jacked the car up and had a look and spun the wheels freely but it doesnt do it then :wall:.checked the front brakes and cant see them sticking or no debris in between calipers or discs/pads?

so where shall i check next as its really starting to piss me off and dont want anything collapsing on way to work(going down motorway at 70mph  :? :wow: )
someone must of had this prob before so send ur ideas over ladies and gents

check your cv gaitor,or clips on the gaitor, mines came off and was driving about all night thinking id done wheelbearing, next day checked and it was ripped and hitting the hub the faster i got
didnt do it when just rollin slow only when i sped up and it opened
worth a check

Mine done that turned out to be a drive shaft. thats why it wont make any noise wen jacked up has to be in gear. :D
