price of a zvh??
just thinkin about a zvh in my orion?
i'm already got rst lump in there but know nothing about zvh, wots involved and what kinda cost aswell??
was wondering if any one would have an idea
(this is assuming that all i have is a cvh turbo lump and nothing else, if u no wot i mean)

ive got a quote and am prob going through with it in 2 weeks.needing 1.8 escort sump, pick up pipe, oil pump(ebay). 1300 cvh tensioner(25-30) and a cvh cambelt(15).skim pistons,(40), new bearings for crank(65),piston rings,between(45 and 75), hone bores (40 odd) and thinks like water pump plate (25)oil returns(30odd)looking at 450 odd for engineering work(including parts) plus ebay bits for sump. that is dependant on whether your block and oil pump are ok. able to run a bar of boost on the skimmed standard pistons with the fuelling and ignition mapped properly.

IMO better off goin steel CVH or 16v... rather than goin half n hlf matey...
think u gotta block off sum water ways and sum other little aggros u dont need to do if u go 16v... but with 16v u get a head that flows like a stage3 CVH head
