What Intercooler??
If it's standard, then around 12psi this time of year.
Pace half-width or similar, would take around 18psi.
GRS or similar full-width would take alot more.
Then you start getting into risky ground until you lower the compression ratio. The pistons themselves are good. Mine went to well over 250bhp and the rods can go to around 230bhp, maybe a little more, depending on condition, although ARP rod bolts are a very good idea.

Hi mate mines with a pro alloy rad full width with single fan and pace intercooler the half one sits on front left i think it is.
Stage 2 turbo
Stems seals just done so this shows not a s2 head or anything i think
fast road cam kent 34, chipped (jamsport)
pipercross air filter.
was apparantly running 230 BHP @ 17.5 PSI
Proven at 216 BHP without S2 turbo.
hasnt got samcos, do i need em?
going for rolling road next week i hope, id prefer to have a sensible target above 200 BHP rather than run loads of boost it cant handle and end up killing the engine.
Also due to local traffic, lights and speed bumps i really dont want to run a paddle clutch.
What could i achieve sensibly. Is there anything i need to tell the tuner.
Thanks
