On a small turbo to get that power it's usually a chip, uprated actuator and new fuel pressure regulator.

The fuel pressure is upped because the injectors will only flow enough for about 270bhp at standard pressure. I don't think anyone does a chip that works in conjunction with changing the injectors so the fuel pressure regulator needs changing. Check with MSD though if you're getting one of Stu's chips.

Speak to graham goode, and ask for whatever you need for their 305bhp conversion, now more than likely your car is not going to be 305bhp, prob 280/290 but its close enough for me.

Your the same as me adam, but see once you get used to the 300bhp small turbo, you'll do what im doing and start saving for a big turbo conversion.

if you have a small turbo escos and you want to go big turbo route...then you need a t34......maybe a .48 ex housing...for fast spoolup....or .63 for more top end power..but not that laggy at all....

but im sure some guys on here can help you out..
