Moondust Silver Escort Cosworths....................
can anybody be sure on how many were actually made, how many r.h.d. made & how many l.h.d. made?????
i know there quite rare, just wondering how many people know of one.
i know Darren in the West Mids has one (big turbo) i took a phonecall at work from a guy in South London who wanted some parts, put his reg in & his was also a big turbo in silver (L-reg)
i have a M-reg one that left the factory as a small turbo.
i also heard there was one in Cornwall or Devon????
anybody know of anymore????

I think there's 1 in Italy.
That person is also using PF. I THINK he's "whitneyd" on here.
There were 2 of them present at the European Ford Event last year.

i think the 1 down devon way got written off recently there was a post up in general think it was a friend of lewis's (b19trb) sure it got hit and rolled summit like that hope that helps

I know someone who claims her dad has 1 in his house with 800 miles on, but i havn't seen it so don't know....
I also remember reading a post on the rsoc bb that said there were 7 made, they stopped making them in silver because of problems with the paint....

there's 2 around hampshire, one owned by a guy who comes to the Hants group meets with 18" Wolf racing alloys and carbon front spoiler and a standard looking one that seems to be owned by a woman,as she is always driving it, around portsmouth way

Hello, Yes I have one it's a small turbo. I don't know about the number of 6 made though because I know of at least 4 here near me in Italy and one in Austria or Slovania. All LHD of course. I hope to make it to a couple of big shows next year so maybe you guys will get to see it.

I have a pic of one on my phone, looks standard bodrwork wise, that was taken at the Regional Day at Castle Combe last year, was parked almost next to us in the car park!

Car on the local dyno. Kinda happy it made 267 to the wheels.
Nice day.
Small ICE install.
BTW I'm a major DIYer. I've done all the work on my car which includes the Autronic SM2 and the MSD DIS-4 that I'm doing now. Hope you like it.
Almost forgot an Engine pic. Nothing fancy yet.

as far as i know there were 6 made for sale in britain but a few more than this in europe.
I have seen a few that have been painted and passed off as genuine so not everyone you see is 1 of 6.
also a lot of people get confused between auralis and silver
top colour though and along with jewel is my favourite

cheers Radders it looks a bit wank in the picture, but that was my demo version, it has the 'TOMO PARTS' bit across the bottom but you can't see it in the picture, also i will cut it down like the plates on the 4x4 & 3 door
