intercooler question and wiring/horn question

On the top of my intercooler there is a threaded connector behind the passenger side (LHD) headlight. It appears to be wide open. What goes there?

Also, I keep blowing my parking light fuse and Im losing the left hand side lights. Also no horn or dash lights. Is there a common issue here that I can look at?

My front bumper was off for transport, and thats when it all started. Something not connected or grounding out?

thanks!

i think the dash lighs and sidelights are on the same fuse, so if there is a trapped wire near the bumper fo the sidelights that would defo cause it to blow.

to get the bumper off (now its been off_ is a 5 minute job, ) you need a 17mm socket and long extension bar to undo 2 on the bolts in to the channel that the bumper guides rununderneath and to just loosen the other 2, the ones nearest the fron tof the car are the ones whih need only loosening, then is just the quarter turn plastic keyc on each side which you can rech by hand. :)

If we are talking of the intercooler's cold side and if you have a T34 then it's a bung for the water injection. you should have an aluminium adapteur screwed on the intercooler with a water jet on it.
A little plastic hose should be plugged on the jet. (that's the factory setup)
if the alu piece is missing you'll have to fit a plug instead.
