N888COS Escort Cosworth
Anyone know the whereabouts of my old Cossie I bought from JCT 28 in 2000, I paid £19,999 and it has around 35k on the mileage, I bought the N888 COS Number plate from DVLA for £250 and I still have the original 'N' reg plates in my Garage. Would be great if anyone has some info.
Also I used to own M601 BLM Ash Black Cossie with some unusual history!!!

Hi ya, There was 2 of you and I sold it for £7,000, I paid £15,000 and took the bloke to court for mis-selling...and won, the rear pillers has been welded together and covered in brown sealant, it had a complicated alarm with a top quality ICE. The MOT was dodgy and the judge/VOSA gave the garage a black mark, basically it was given an MOT without it visting the garage, I swore then never to buy a car without seeing it.

Hello mate yes it was me that bought it from you. Hows things?
She needed alot of tlc We stripped it and spent a month sorting it out. It had a red roof on it as at some point it had been rolled and the roof was chunked through the screen pillers, it had a white tailgate, and a aralius blue bonnet and wing!
it turned out well in the end but was abit of a mission! LOL

Bilmey, all spare parts then, so do you know what colour she was originally? I'm guessing Black with the other coloured parts attached after she has been rolled.
I'm good thanks, missing my cossies I used to have.

Yeah it was always ash black (well most of it ) LOL. It had some serious accident but considering the amount of different colour panels it wasnt actually a bad repair regarding gaps etc. They never primed and painted the inside of the welds properly and thats what started to rust on the pillers etc.

wow!
Hey mate i owned both them cars! i purchased the ash black from scunthorpe in standard order but wasn't pretty, i had it painted in fresh ash black and mores and super ts put on, that pic the other guy put on was when i took it back to him, i sunk thousands into it, but it was found to be bent so swapped it with him for impreza with nos! he was dodgy went to prison, the impreza was clocked! lol i was asked to attend court i had lucky escape i paid 10k for it spent bout 3 then cut my losses thats when he put it back on eBay sold it to you! stereo system was awesome rockford fosgate, the last straw was the gearstick wasn't straight went floppy! and the 13 water pipes as the alt was rubbing on it coz it was bent!

Wahay!! I've lost my Virginity!!
These were taken the last time N888COS was out, will be getting the front wings painted over the winter and a few little jobs done to keep on top of it. Change the wheels again, Anthracite Rondells will be on it next year or Silver Wolf Alloys, see what looks best but thinking the Rondells at the moment.

Wahay!! I've lost my Virginity!!
I know, said to the girlfriend back in 2008 that if i dont get one before we get married then there would be no chance later, as be no spare funds then and i could see that they were slowly starting to go up in price, looked at loads of so called mint ones back then before going for this one. And in the best colour i think...
