rear seatbelts

Can anyone tell me if the rear seatbelts are the same ones that are fitted to the other non cosworth 3 door models or are they specific to the cosworth?
neither of mine are retracting.....just hanging down doing nothing!

they are the same for 3/5drs from 82-86 according to ford e-cat
