Thanks for the link.
But these don't fit the ST block:
My mate sent his ST engine for a rebuild and somehow the oil jets got lost. Now we're looking to find new ones or a suitable replacement that doesnt rewuire the block to be machined.
But these don't fit the ST block:
Note: these jets are not suitable as replacements for original jets fitted to T25 Escort blocks.

Does anyone know the pressure the std ST ones are set to?
Still looking for original spray jets or suitable replacements that fit without machining the block.
It's a pain in the a*se atm as wen can't re-assemble the engine without these 4 small pieces...

I think it's the mountune ones that have different pressures which is not good as they all need to be the same. Maybe contact Harvey at scs or Mike Rainbird on here or randbmotorsport I'm sure they will put you right

Forget about the Mountune ones they are totally different to the st ones and aren't interchangeable.

Thanks for that wes - are block spray jets considered better than conventional spray bar and if so how come as both are squirting oil under the piston with oil from the pump.
I guess conventional spray bar could not be used with the windage tray as fitted to the late ST Escos?

Yes they are considered better as with the spray bar there is one small outlet from the oil pump which is then split into 4, oil jets get oil directly from the main oil way in the block. In the GrpA / WRC engines they also fed oil into it from where the standard oil pressure switch is to even out the oil flow to the rear journals and oil jets. Nothing wrong with the spray bar setup they are used in monster power engines but if i was building one from scratch i would opt for the oil squirters.
I guess manufacturing costs also play a part in why ford (and most manufacturers) went this way as there must be some labour involved in making the spray bars compared to the oil squirters, and the ST engine used a pinto oil pump which is alot simpler and cheaper to make.
