I had this leather-trimmed steering wheel on our old R Reg Escort but have no idea what car it was originally from.

Someone suggested an Escort Cosworth but I don't think so. I suspect it's more likely to have been a lower-spec Escort, though I'll be happy to be wrong!

The part number on it is 94AB3600AC, the diameter is 36cm, and the leather trim around the two upper spokes is perforated.

think there out of mk6 xr3i and rs2000 ...looking at pictures on net anyways

Defo not just out any mk6, they weren't leather, just plastic. Might also be out a gti.

MK6 Si (post-96) or GTi

Pre-96 Si and RS2000 had same design, but slightly smaller, as did some late small turbo Esc Cos'

It's a pity it won't fit my Sierra because I actually quite like it.
