380/400 on std internals just a uprated h/gasket is not difficult imo

U just need the correct mix of components and stick to 1 tuners advice as they all do things differently

wrc steel gasket set(good for taking big boost),siemans black injectors, sweedish style plenuim, ported and polished,t4,air injectors,3 bar map sensor, group a coil or better with waisted spark(msd)uprated cams,ss exhaust on most cossies anyway and get Stu at msd to do a chip for itthats the best way or if your wanting to spend big mony the limits are near endlessuprated pistons, crank, rods etc etc

alrite mate go on www.norrismotorsport.co.uk
and look at engine tuning stages 1-6 and it will give you the full low down on whats needed for each power level but as above 450bhp with the right bits can be had with the standard internals but get it mapped properley

350bhp would do nice!! Dont fancy spending loads of £££ on gearboxes and clutches really, and yeah Big breaks is a must, you gota stop!!

Thanks very much for the advice though lads..

Not sure if I should trade in the wifes 57 ST2 and get a new RS or keep the St and get a cossie as a toy!!
Have been really impressed with the ST have a Superchips remap and makes for a nice drive!
