Wheel offset's
Does anyone know the offset needed for 8 x 18 wheels? Also is there any way of checking this? Thanks

ET15 will give the best clearance of brakes and strut tops.

I have 8 x 18 OZ super T's with AP 6 pots underneath, and coil overs. I have no problems at all with my wheels. But I've been offered a 5th one as a spare, but the offset is ET20. I'm guessing this is going the wrong way size wise, from what you are saying.

It all depends on the brakes and strut clearance. Standard wheel is 8'' and ET25 so I don't see why ET20 would be wrong, unless the brakes won't clear.

Ok, thanks. I suppose, if it's ever needed, I can always put it on the back and move the back one forward if the puncture is up front.

Super Ts were available in both ET20 and ET25, so you would need to check what you had. But either way, they will only accept 362mm brakes at best, and fit no bother. I know people who had the two different offsets on the car without even realising .

Must have been great for handling...
