opinions please.....
As many may or may not know, my car has been a slow work in progress for the last couple of years, with a hell of alot of help from Martoon @ Reyland and Danny @ Adrenaline.
anyway, few updated pics as its now coming out of the paint shop and spent the past day or so slowly kitting it all back up - and it feels really nice to see it all coming together at looonnnng last.
anyway.... opinions please

it is wonkey donkey a little, front bumper is only rested in place in those pics, and the suspension hasnt been setup as yet, so its probably sat at different heights at each corner.

Stunning Kelv!! Chuffed you've seen it through!
Love the way the front wheels have got a slight dish on them to match the rears, perfect!
See Martin, I do like new Comps sometimes!

the rear quarter was something i hadnt thought about having filled until the last minute, and then it was to late.
hes painted everything for me inside (floor, cage, pillars etc) are all in a light grey.
externally the only thing he hasnt painted is the roof, but hes given that a good mop today so it doesnt really show, and the only reason the roofs not been painted is im hoping to have that changed beginning of next year aswell
Neil, the front wings are genuine WRC panels, is that what youve got?

i did have a few interior pics when he painted the inside the other week, ill dig one out in a mo.
i think the Mo's will stay for road wheels.
Jan, saw the car at FF, didnt know who you were to say hello to tho, even tho i looked around asking the odd person if they knew what you looked like
Cheers Patrick, twins but only with the outers mate.

If Kelv had asked : there he is Kelv, the smug git in the stripey top with the 19" centrelocks
The spacesavers are ok on a Shitty Saff though Jan, just need something bigger on an Escos
Mind you i reckon i could fit your rims on mine

Sorry, couldnt resist... 19"s look good on Escort, but they are shocking on UK roads. I thought Norwegian roads were bad... There is a Swedish Saff with 19" centrelock Cromodoras, it looks the nuts. I'll PM you a couple of pictures

The wings i have are kevlar coppies but i removed them from a car and they are a brilliant fit. I seen a pic from ford fair of Adams car with the wings fitted with 8x18 mo's and thought it made the car look realy high at the front with the gap from tire to wing.

that will be because adam didnt fit his wings properly, he chose to cut them and theyve lost there correct shape.
the guy that made them has made them for several years - even made mine and Martoons and weve both fitted them with no issues.
adams looks silly now in my opinion, and its highlightd by the fact that he said they 'pinged upwards when he cut them'. hes then welded sctions into the back of the wings and filled over the front of them, seems a waste of money to have done that to a genuine set.
mine will sit and fit exactly the same as Martoons
