converting to big turbo
my boss recently bought a small turbo escort and up until recently all was fine.he now wants to upgrade it to a t34 from the t28,anyone know whats involved in this?Is it just a case of swapping the turbo's over and getting it re-mapped?or does he need another manifold?
any help appreciated

four week's ago. The car they were testing on
popped the head gasket and the owner had

stopped until car comes back or new car is found..
Obviously this may have changed, but I don't think so coz stu was going to call me, when development was completed.

My car is the MSD test car Apologies for the long wait, it has taken nearly a year as I have spent over 12k on upgrading everything on the car to make the new engine reliable as part of a package , hopefully will be well over 400BHP on std small turbo management.
Only thing left to do now is get it fired up and run in, and I have just booked 3 weeks off work to get it sorted.... So we might be getting results soon

small turbo cars do drive superbly, another option is to go GT28 and keep the response and aim for around 350BHP, but on mine before it let go, Stu had it pulling 25Psi at well under 3k on a T34.48
